Managing personnel and resources in the escalation of an emergency event has always been time-consuming and reliant on admin staff. Being smarter in 'how' we activate during events lessens not only the personal resources but helps to minimise the stress on those making the key decisions. This article looks at automating solutions for such tasks ensuring only the appropriately trained people are sent to the scene within acceptable time frames therefore quicker response times.
